Payment

All debit and major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment as well as some health care savings cards.

Insurance

Tammy Fisher, MA, LPC-S, LMFT-S, CST is private pay only. For private pay clients, you will have access to paid invoices and superbills through your client portal, which you may choose to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Because every plan is different, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your out-of-network benefits, including any deductible and reimbursement rate.

Coaching services are not therapy and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health condition. Coaching is a separate service from counseling and is not covered by insurance. All coaching sessions are self-pay only.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, the full rate of the session will be charged.
