THERAPY

Individual Therapy — $185 / 50 minutes

Couples & Relationship Therapy — $225 / 50 minutes

Extended Couples & Relationship Therapy — $340 / 90 minutes

Focused Relationship Intensive — $700 / 3 hours

COACHING

Individual Coaching — $185 / 50 minutes

Relationship Coaching — $225 / 50 minutes

Extended Relationship Coaching — $340 / 90 minutes

Focused Relationship Coaching Intensive — $700 / 3 hours

PAYMENT

All debit and major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment, as well as some health savings cards.

PRIVATE PAY & INSURANCE

Tammy Fisher, MA, LPC-S, LMFT-S, CST is private pay only. For therapy clients, paid invoices and superbills are available through the client portal and may be submitted to an insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Because every plan is different, please contact your insurer to verify out-of-network benefits, including your deductible and reimbursement rate.

Coaching is a separate service from therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health condition. Coaching is not covered by insurance, and all coaching sessions are self-pay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a therapy or coaching session, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
